Hello my name is Paul Roberson and I am a big supporter of people who are building online businesses.

You should have your business already moving full speed before you ever join any networking opportunities that marketers are shoving in your face. To start lets talk about the reason network marketers fail with network marketing.

The biggest reason most of the network marketers and various online business owners out there are failing is because they are not stepping up to the leadership role that successful owners provide.

Right now there are thousands of potential network marketers and online entrepreneurs that would join your organization and work really hard for you but they are very Leary about how network marketers just pitch “join my opportunity”.

Online business opportunities are a dime a dozen and the amazing fact of it all is that they are legitimate opportunities. People are making a lot of money with these organizations but people are still hesitant about joining, so the question of the day is Why?

The answer is simple, people are attracted to leaders. People do not want to hear “join my opportunity”, they want to hear join my team and here is how I will help you to make money.

People want to be shown how to build an online business and they want “you” to walk with them and talk to them every step of the way. Building a business is hard enough so building an online business is very intimidating to most people.

There is a lot of knowledge that people just do not have and they don’t even know where to acquire it. They don’t know how online marketing works and they most defiantly do not feel comfortable telling someone else how it works, that probably would sign up under them.

So why Should they Join Your team?

• Why should they join your team if your not telling them why your qualified to be their leader?

• Why should they join your team if you are not showing them how your going to educate them about building an online business?

• Why should they join your team if your not even offering to stay in contact with them and give them helpful advice?

• Why should they join your team if they don’t even really trust you because your just hyping your opportunity and most likely lying about how much money your making?

People are not stupid, they know when your being honest and when your trying to sell them monopoly money.

If network marketers would just explain how they can help their prospects build their specific online business and how they can have a unlimited amount of support, they would be a thousand times more willing to give this work at home business thing a chance.

After all, isn’t everyone trying to find additional ways to make money. Isn’t the economy is getting worst and everyone understands that an internet business could be the answer to their problems.

Of course they do!

One last point, not only do people want you to educate them and support them, the also need some positive motivation because we are all tired of being disappointed with promises that people pitch to us about  how we are going to make money.

At least, I was and I very sure you are too.

I’m human with problems just like you. I have had a lot of accomplishments and many failures.

However, I learn from my failings and I move forward. I am 26 years old and I have a bachelor’s degree in business management. I also retired from my career as a manager at Wal Greens the summer 08′.

I have all ways been playing around with building websites and now I have learned not only how to build them but how to grow them into money making businesses.

I started out trying to learn how to be a webmaster and after my site just sat out in cyberspace for a couple months, I realized that there was more to building my business than the creation. I have been immersing myself in online marketing and how it plays the role of taking your site to the top of the search engines.

While I was searching for the online marketing information I came across online network marketing. I have been involved in several traditional network marketing business and failed miserably.

I had given up on it all together but when I realized that network marketing had went online, I decided to give it another try.

I struggled again and almost gave up until one day the light bulb went off and I realized that the same methods I was learning to promote my other website were available to be used to build my network marketing website.

Thus I discovered The Renegade University that taught me how to build my business and any kind of online business through “Attraction Marketing”.

They taught me how and why the old methods of prospecting people to my business was dying and basically dead. Online business marketing works different than the traditional marketing methods.
